LEVEL TWO · IN COLLABORATION WITH THE CMI LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Lead operations with clarity, influence, and measurable impact.
This online programme develops managers who must convert organisational plans into performance, strengthening leadership judgement, stakeholder influence, financial awareness, and data-led improvement, while preparing for a CMI-recognised Chartered Manager route.
The hinge between strategy and results
Operational leaders translate strategy into action, protect standards, mobilise teams, manage resources, and make trade-offs under pressure. The programme operates as a Leadership Impact Lab: learners bring a live operational challenge, analyse it through leadership, stakeholder, finance, data, and continuous-improvement lenses, and present a Management Impact Project with a credible ROI story.
The Management Impact Project requires each learner to address a live operational challenge or business case with sufficient evidence to demonstrate value. Where full implementation is not feasible, learners may prepare a robust business case or pilot proposal supported by evidence and ROI logic.
